  • Sharing your contacts in case of emergency with the house manager of your building,

In a time of danger check how your relatives and neighbours are doing, especially when the elder and handicapped people are concerned. Help them, as much as you can, to plan or to place the food supplies. Contact the local authorities responsible for the social services and find out about the kind of help they provide for the elder and handicapped people.
