- keeping the list of phone numbers of your employees, so that you could contact them or their families as soon as possible in case of emergency;
- having in place the evacuation plan for the staff and clients;
- practising the escape plan with your workers;
- coping the data base on regular bases and storing them outside the system;
- having an insurance to reduce the losses;
- defining the procedures in case of the dangerous events;
